At the heart of His Excellency, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah’s transformation agenda is a simple but powerful principle: our greatest investment must be in our people.
Through the Nigerian Jubilee Fellows Programme (NJFP), spearheaded in Enugu State by the Enugu MSME & Startup Agency (Enugu SME Center), over 300 young professionals were placed across Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) for 12 months, providing critical technical and professional support while gaining invaluable workplace experience.
The impact goes beyond employment.
These Fellows brought additional capacity in data, research, technology, administration, programme delivery and other technical functions, supporting MDAs while building the practical skills, discipline and experience required for the workforce of tomorrow.
This reflects His Excellency’s broader Human Capital Development agenda, creating opportunities for young people to learn, contribute and build meaningful careers, while simultaneously strengthening the institutions responsible for delivering his ambitious vision for Ndi Enugu.
It is a model where youth development meets institutional development: government becomes stronger, young people become more employable, and public service delivery improves.
