Nigerian influencer and entrepreneur, Priscilla Ojo, has responded to social media users urging her to “free” her husband, Tanzanian singer Juma Jux, following comments about his slimmer appearance.

The debate gained attention after some Tanzanian fans jokingly claimed that Juma Jux had lost significant weight since marrying Priscilla.

Several users flooded the couple’s social media pages, with some playfully asking Priscilla to “leave their brother alone” and expressing concern over the singer’s appearance.

Priscilla, however, responded to the comments with humour, dismissing the claims and assuring critics that her husband is doing well.

She also jokingly suggested that Juma Jux enjoys the attention and is happy in their marriage.

Screenshots of the exchange subsequently circulated widely online, generating mixed reactions from social media users.

While some fans found the exchange amusing, others defended the couple and urged critics to stop commenting on or policing the singer’s appearance.
