Rapper Ms Jorji has accused Nigerian dancer and entertainer Poco Lee, whose real name is Iweh Pascal Odinaka, of alleged sexual misconduct during an encounter in Dallas, Texas, in 2024.

Ms Jorji said she and a female friend visited Poco Lee’s apartment after he invited them. She explained that she went there seeking mentorship and professional guidance for her music career.

According to her account, the encounter allegedly became uncomfortable when Poco Lee made unwanted physical advances toward her and later toward her friend. She further alleged that he attempted to force her into a separate room.

Ms Jorji claimed that she and her friend resisted the advances, fought him off and immediately left the apartment, driving several hours back to their destination.

She explained that she did not speak publicly about the incident at the time because she was afraid and intimidated, and was concerned that people would not believe her because of Poco Lee’s status in the entertainment industry.

“Two years ago, Pocolee tried to rape my friend and me; we ended up beating him and pushing him off,” she alleged.

She also alleged that sexual propositions in exchange for career opportunities are common within the music industry, saying other individuals in the industry had allegedly made similar propositions to her.

The allegations come amid reports concerning Poco Lee’s reported legal troubles and arrest in the United Kingdom.
