The General Manager and Chief Executive Officer of the Enugu State Community and Social Development Agency (CSDA), Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, has extended warm birthday felicitations to the Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, Her Excellency, Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu, describing her as a rare woman who exemplifies beauty, brilliance and outstanding character.

In a goodwill message to mark her birthday, Hon. Diamond said Ambassador Ojukwu possesses three exceptional qualities that are seldom found together, noting that her intelligence, grace and integrity have distinguished her in public service and leadership.

He described his relationship with the minister as one he deeply cherishes, likening it to that of an elder sister and younger brother, adding that the bond has flourished over the years.

Hon. Diamond also acknowledged Ambassador Ojukwu’s support for the Monday Diamond Foundation, where she serves as Honorary Matron. He recalled her contributions to the success of the South-East Debate held in Enugu in 2019 and the National Debate hosted at the Sheraton Hotel, Abuja, in 2022.

He further commended her unwavering commitment to empowering others, her disciplined lifestyle, admirable personality and dedication to promoting Igbo culture and values while sustaining the legacy of her late husband, Dim Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu (Ikemba Nnewi).

According to Hon. Diamond, Ambassador Ojukwu has made remarkable contributions since assuming office in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He described her as “the right person in the right position,” stating that she has quickly emerged as one of the administration’s most outstanding ministers through her dedication and performance.

Hon. Monday Diamond Ani, who is also the Founder of the Monday Diamond Foundation, prayed for God to grant Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu continued good health, greater wisdom and abundant grace as she continues to serve the nation and make meaningful contributions to humanity.
