The Executive Chairman of Awgu Local Government Area, Hon. Uchenna Joseph Okolo, has felicitated with renowned leader, elder statesman and philanthropist, High Chief Dr. Thomas Onyeagwa (Idejiuno na Mgbidi), on the occasion of his birthday.
In a goodwill message conveyed through his Special Adviser on General Media and Publicity, Hon. Tochukwu Chukwu, Chairman Okolo described the celebrant as a man of rare vision, profound wisdom, humility and uncommon commitment to humanity, whose life and service continue to inspire generations.
The Chairman commended High Chief Onyeagwa for his remarkable contributions to the growth and development of Awgu LGA, stressing that his generosity, compassion and selfless service have touched numerous lives and earned him enduring respect both within and beyond the community.

Reflecting on their period of service together during his brief tenure as Transition Committee Chairman, when High Chief Onyeagwa served as Deputy Chairman, Okolo described his former deputy as a dependable partner whose wise counsel, loyalty and dedication contributed meaningfully to the administration.
